Our minimum order is 100 units per design. There is no maximum — order as many as you need. Pricing tiers kick in at 100, 500, and 1,000 units, so the more you order, the lower your unit cost.
Most orders are delivered within 10–14 business days from the date of payment confirmation. We ship pan-India. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order dispatches.
Yes. You can order a single sample bag (minimum 1 unit, at a slightly higher unit price) to check print quality, material, and finish before committing to your full quantity.
You can upload PNG, JPG, and SVG files. For best print quality, we recommend SVG or high-resolution PNG (at least 300 DPI at print size). The editor will warn you if your image may appear blurry in print.
Yes, every order includes a proper GST invoice with our GSTIN. You can enter your own GSTIN at checkout to receive an invoice in your company's name and claim the input tax credit.
Absolutely. All your past designs are saved in your account. Open any previous order and hit "Reorder" — your design, size, and quantity are pre-filled. Just confirm and pay.
